At ECHT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your items aren't the perfect fit or style, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all ECHT hangtags still attached before sealing them in a secure mailer.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Processing & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days and send a confirmation email.
